5min read

During the last few weeks, we have had the pleasure of seeing our Pathway to Work participants graduate from our Pathway to Work training program in Albury, Wodonga, Griffith, Nowra, Canberra, Yass, Goulburn, Wollongong, Bendigo, Shepperton, Benalla and Wangaratta

Over 12 months these inspiring individuals dedicated themselves to weekly workshops where they honed their skills in time management, communications, teamwork, and other essential life skills, as well as gaining the confidence and knowledge needed to pay their way into the workforce.

Here’s what some of our graduates from Griffith had to say about their Pathway to Work (PtW) journey:

🎓”Coming to PtW, I have enjoyed making new friends and witnessing personal growth.”

🎓”I feel more confident being around people I don’t know.”

🎓”I now believe I can accomplish anything I put my mind to.”

🎓”I’m very proud of myself; I feel like I’ve come out of my shell.”

🎓”PtW has given me knowledge about the workplace and ideas about my career path.”

🎓”I feel more comfortable seeking work, and it has helped me find employment.”

“It’s been an amazing year for our Pathway to Work program, hearing about the success stories of our participants and knowing that our program has assisted many with finding their first job,” says Alicia Taylor, Operations Manager – NDIS Employment.
