Codie Bihler
Clinical Psychologist

Codie Bihler
I work with children, teens and adults, providing therapy and assessment. I provide diagnostic assessment for Autism, ADHD, and cognitive functioning. I see people who are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD), and those experiencing mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression or mood disorders, and psychosis. I aim to provide a space that is collaborative, honest, and calm. I work with clients and their families/support networks to help build a meaningful life using a strengths-based approach. My use of therapeutic tools is eclectic, taking evidence-based principles from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I also assist clients with understanding their diagnosis and accessing the supports they need at home, school, work and in the community.
In my spare time you’ll find me getting outside in the sunshine, playing with my dog, or spending time with family and friends. I love to explore new places and go camping, switching off the tech and connecting with nature. I believe our natural world has a big influence on our health, and is often forgotten about when we get caught up in the “day to day” (which is why you’ll always find some lovely green plants in my therapy room!)
