Jayden’s Pathway to Work

At The Personnel Group, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping people achieve their goals. Our Goulburn team knows this feeling well, especially after their success in helping Jayden pursue his dream.

Jayden, a dedicated participant in our NDIS Group Employment program—Pathway to Work, has successfully secured a carpentry apprenticeship at Inside Out Carpentry, thanks to the relentless support from our NDIS Consultant, Isabel.

Jayden’s journey began last year when he attended workshops designed to build his confidence, skills, and experience, preparing him for the workforce. Isabel tirelessly marketed Jayden for work experience opportunities, and her dedication and persistence paid off, culminating in a fantastic opportunity for Jayden.

On his final day at The Personnel Group, Jayden was all smiles as he posed for a photo. Reflecting on his achievement, Jayden shared, “If it wasn’t for Pathway to Work and Isabel, I wouldn’t have had this opportunity of obtaining an apprenticeship.”
