Exciting News: The Personnel Group and Aspire Support Services Merge to Strengthen Community Support

The Personnel Group is proud to announce our merger with local organisation Aspire Support Services, effective 1 July 2025.

This significant milestone brings together two trusted, community-focused organisations with a long-standing history of delivering essential support services to people with disabilities and the broader community across the Border region.

With this merger, The Personnel Group will become one of the largest not-for-profit community organisations in the region. Our expanded team will offer a comprehensive range of integrated services, including:

• Disability support
• Allied health
• Accredited training
• Employment services

Importantly, Aspire Support Services will continue to operate under its existing name and brand, continuing to deliver the same trusted, high-quality services the community depends on.

Following the merger, The Personnel Group will employ 400 team members, with 250 based locally, reinforcing our deep commitment to local employment and community-led support.
