Inspired Support for Lachlan

Imagine a NDIS employment service that creates a personalised plan tailored entirely to a person’s strengths, interests, and dreams. That’s exactly what our NDIS Employment team is doing for participant Lachlan.

Lachlan recently joined The Personnel Group for employment support and has already begun exploring career options that align with his passions. With the support of our Community Engagement Coordinator, Scott, Lachlan is taking confident steps toward his goals.

Scott worked closely with Lachlan to develop a personalised employment plan and helped him craft a professional resume.

Knowing Lachlan’s passion for music and producing, Scott arranged a very special meeting with one of Lachlan’s long-time inspirations — Steve Bowen, a local music professional and Albury icon.  The two sat down for an inspiring conversation about turning a love for music into a career. Steve shared insights from his own journey in the industry, highlighting both the challenges and rewards of transforming a creative hobby into paid work.
