Our telehealth psychology services are available to NDIS participants and the general public across VIC, NSW, and ACT.. In Australia, if you’re 17 years or older, you can access telehealth consultations independently. If you’re under 17, you’re still welcome to use our service, but a parent or guardian must provide consent and be present during the consultation. We’re here to make support more accessible, so no matter your situation, we’ll do our best to help you get the care you need.

Yes! Many of The Personnel Groups’s telehealth psychology services are NDIS-funded, helping participants access psychological support, OT, and behaviour support online. Our team can guide you

Preparing for your telehealth psychology session ensures you get the most out of your consultation. About 15 minutes before your appointment, check that your device is ready, your internet connection is stable, and your camera and microphone are working. Choose a quiet, well-lit space where you feel comfortable and free from distractions.

Speak clearly and look at the camera to maintain good eye contact. It might also help to keep a pen and paper handy in case you need to write down anything from the session.

If you have any questions or need assistance during your session, don’t hesitate to ask—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Your privacy is our priority. Telehealth appointments are just as confidential as in-person consultations, with both you and your health professional in a private setting. Secure measures are in place to protect your information and ensure a safe, confidential experience. If it makes you feel more comfortable, you’re welcome to have a trusted family member or friend with you for support during your session. Your well-being matters, and we’re here to make sure you feel safe and supported every step of the way.

If you’re having a video consultation, you’ll need a device with a camera (such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection. If you’re having a phone consultation, all you need is a phone. We’ll guide you through the process to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Telehealth sessions take place through secure video calls, allowing you to speak face-to-face with your support provider without leaving home. These sessions are just like in-person appointments, offering the same level of care, support, and results.

The Personnel Group’s friendly team will guide you through every step to make your telehealth experience simple, comfortable, and focused on achieving your goals.

Yes. The Personnel Group’s telehealth psychology services are conducted by qualified professionals using secure video technology, ensuring high-quality care. Research shows online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for many psychological and behavioural needs.
