Work Assist is a government-funded program that works alongside employers and employees to provide practical, early-intervention support. Our goal is simple: to help valued employees stay safe, confident, and productively engaged at work.
What Is Work Assist?
Work Assist supports eligible employees who are having difficulty performing their role due to a disability, health condition, injury, or mental health condition.
The program is designed to address challenges early, before they become bigger issues. Support is tailored to your workplace and focused on finding practical solutions that work for both the employee and the business.
