Our full-time employees enjoy a monthly RDO which equates to an additional 12 days of well-deserved time off each year. We also cherish the festive period and close our offices between Christmas and New Year. And did we mention that we “gift” you a day off for your birthday? Yes, we do!

During challenging times, rest assured that The Personnel Group has your back. Our dedicated support system includes a Health and Wellbeing team that you can turn to for assistance. Plus, we provide access to independent counselling through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for free.

Work Experience & Student Placement

We welcome work experience or student placement when we are able. Due to the nature of our services, we can only offer work experience or placements for vocational students who are undertaking study with TAFE, RTO or at university.

Our student placements are usually undertaking community services, allied health or professional services.

We’re happy to discuss your work experience and student placement with you.
