For Psychology and Occupational Therapy Students

At The Personnel Group our Graduation Program – Personnel Futures, is available to Psychology and Occupational Therapy graduates.

Personnel Futures is designed to provide graduates with a well-rounded experience to nurture your entry into professional allied health services, and provide you with all support and guidance, in your first year as a professional allied health practitioner.

Our Personnel Futures Graduate Program focus on 5 key areas:

Orientation and Onboarding

Orientation and Onboarding

Enjoy a comprehensive group orientation allowing you to connect and form friendships with other graduates, whilst learning about The Personnel Group.

Mentorship and Supervision

Mentorship and Supervision

You will be assigned to your clinical supervisor who will support your professional development with regular check-ins to provide support and feedback. You will also have a Personnel Group mentor who is there to provide you with daily support.

Training and Professional Development

Training and Professional Development

You will receive dedicated training and development opportunities throughout the 12-month program.

Inter-professional Collaboration

Inter-professional Collaboration

Participate in monthly training with our whole Health team and increase your collaboration skills with other allied health professionals.

Evaluation and Feedback

Evaluation and Feedback

You will have monthly catch-ups with your Clinical Supervisor to assess your progress and quarterly reviews to ensure all is on track and what further support we can provide you.

Who can apply?

To be eligible for our Personnel Futures Graduate Program, you should have:

  • Completed or due to complete a psychology or occupational therapy degree
  • A desire to deliver quality services and improve the health of our clients 
  • A growth mindset and willingness to seize opportunities for personal and professional development.
