committed to help you every step of the way

Start your employment journey today

The Personnel Group’s disability employment services help NDIS participants and people with a disability, illness, injury, or mental health condition, find work and reach their full potential through our disability employment services.

Our team has years of experience working with individuals to identify their strengths and match them with job opportunities that are a good fit.

As a disability employment service provider, we also work closely with employers to help them understand the benefits of hiring people with disabilities, by providing training to employers and their staff, on how to create an inclusive workplace that meets the needs of all employees.

What is Disability Employment Services?

When it comes to delivering Disability Employment Services (DES), The Personnel Group has years of knowledge and experience. Since 1986, we have been helping jobseekers with a disability, illness, injury, and/or mental illness, find employment that is right for them.

As a disability employment service provider, we’re contracted by the Australian Government to deliver DES in regional NSW, VIC and ACT.  Through DES, eligible people with a disability can receive help to assist them to prepare for, find and keep a job.

We understand that finding employment can be difficult for people with disabilities, but we believe that with the right support and guidance, the right employer, and willingness to work, anyone can succeed in the workplace.  Our services are designed to help individuals overcome any barriers they may face to give them the best opportunity with gaining employment.
