Workplace Support

We know that the first few weeks of starting a new job may present the most challenges for our job seekers. This is why provide on-the-job training (where needed) to overcome this by developing work processes and instructions for your new employee.

As an employer, you will benefit from an easier and more supported training and induction period.

Financial support

There are numerous financial incentives and support for businesses to employ a person with a disability, including wage subsidies and accessing funding for workplace modifications and equipment.

Wage subsidies – Up to $10,000 available to an employer who hires an eligible jobseeker.
Workplace modifications – An employer can access Government funding to change their workplace to enable a person with a disability to perform their duties.
Workplace mental health training is provided through JobAccess.
Supported Wage System – for jobseekers who cannot perform their duties at the required productivity rate due to their disability or mental health condition.
