Personnel Training encourages participants with physical and/or intellectual disabilities to undertake government subsidised training. A range of support services are provided for learners and employers (if applicable). Training services are available to all clients regardless of race, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, and physical or intellectual impairments.

What you’ll study

This program provides in-depth training in leadership, advanced educational practices, and management skills, preparing you for more responsibility and leadership roles within early childhood education settings.

This diploma is ideal for current early childhood educators seeking to enhance their skills and take on leadership roles. We offer learning options, available as both a traineeship and non-traineeship, to suit your needs.

Entry to this qualification is open to individuals who: hold a CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care or a CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care.

Placement: To complete this course, learners must complete 280 hours of on-the-job experience.
