Connections lead Aaron to ideal work opportunities

“I left three years ago, give or take, and The Personnel Group helped me with jobs before, so when I was looking for work they steered me back here,” Aaron says.

He enjoys his work and again being part of the supportive and friendly team at Coastal Distributors.

“I do work in the shed, pack supplies for some jobs, and now they’ve started doing insulation again I’m up inside the roof on the homes,” he says.

Coastal Distributors supplies internal lining building supplies from its base on the New South Wales South Coast.

“We deliver anywhere from Helensburgh south to Batemans Bay, Moruya, over to Goulburn and Crookwell and everywhere in between,” says manager Tony.

“We’ve started up the insulation side again, and Aaron’s been put in some weird places installing insulation.

“He’s been in a roof where fitting an insulation bat in there was a squeeze. He just gets it done.”

Tony says the business enjoys a long, strong relationship with The Personnel Group.

“Even if it’s a day trial here, day trial there, I can make a phone call and get a response. We’ve got really good people from working with The Personnel Group.”
