Program Structure

Upon selection for this program, Personnel Recruitment will select a mentor that will be best suited to your chosen profession. Over eight weeks you and your mentor will setup meetings where you will both set goals and actions to gain the most from your meetings.

Together you will develop a Mentoring Action Plan that will address where you are now and where you would like to be in the future. You will be provided with Mentoring Action Plan templates and activities to aid you and your mentor with this process.
