  • Mental Health Workplace Training – providing you, your supervisors and staff with specialist training in mental health awareness, helping identify and  support a co-worker who is experiencing a mental health episode and a deteriorating disability.
  • Disability Action Plans – working with you to:  understand your staffs current knowledge and support of employing a person with a disability or mental health condition; identify roles and reviewing role profiles for positions that would be suitable; assisting with policy development to support a Disability Employment Strategy for your organisation; establishing an action plan of things you could do, should you so desire, to make your workplace more disability friendly.
  • Workplace Modifications – in many instances the only barrier you may have to employing a person with a disability is a physical one!  Workplace Mods, an Australian Government scheme will financially support the redesign of jobs or workplaces to enable you to employ a person with a disability or mental health condition
  • Disability Awareness Training – a short 1 – 2 hour basic awareness training for co-workers and supervisors.
