Chief Executive Officer
My major focus in on the growth and development of business and programs for The Personnel Group. I identify and promote new opportunities for expansion across the region in new and existing programs. I support managers in the monitoring of existing business performance; co-ordinate the branding activities and public relations profile of the organisation and ensure compliance with ISO and disability support certification bodies as well as manage tender submissions.
Chief Operations Officer
In my role, I am responsible for the management of our operational team and all the funded programs we deliver. I ensure the quality of our service, that we have a very robust performance monitoring framework in place to enable The Personnel Group to perform strongly and that we continually improve our services to meet the changing needs of our participants.
Chief Financial Officer
My task is to maximise the financial benefit for the organisation whilst developing a strong compliance framework. Financial reporting to the CEO and Board is a key requirement as well as meeting all external taxation obligations. Management of the organistion’s assets, offices, motor vehicles, telephones, computers, printers, IT and insurance is also an integral aspect of my role.
